A creative half-day reset designed to guide you back to your truest self.

Guided rituals, hands-on making, and intentional reflection, designed for anyone who needs to slow down and reconnect. No creative experience required.

A sensory-rich, creative immersion

You'll move through five intentional phases, each building on the last.

  • Ground — Root into what's true. Work with clay to identify your personal values and turn them into something you can take home.

  • Release — Let go of what you've been carrying. Through movement, a shared ritual, and botanical dyeing, you'll create a silk scarf and something lighter in yourself.

  • Ignite — Reconnect with your natural sense of play and rediscover how you create.

  • Embody — Explore scent through blind selection and blend your own personal essence, guided entirely by instinct.

  • Return — Bring it all together through a final creative ritual and carry it forward.

Meet your Guides

Michelle Simmons is the founder of Slow North, a creative entrepreneur, and advocate for natural living and wellness. Guided by intuition and a seeker’s spirit, she creates grounding spaces and experiences that invite reflection, connection, and a slower, more meaningful way of being.

Cristina Arbona is a Learning Experience Designer at Meta and a flower-obsessed creative (@forflorafolk) who weaves ritual and play into everyday life. A curator of energy and facilitator of connection, she blends intuition, storytelling, and joy to help people return to themselves in meaningful, life-giving ways.

Together, we’ve designed The Creative Returning as the kind of experience we craved ourselves - a chance to pause, reflect, create, and reconnect to what truly lights us up.
